The Hidden Past Part 1

(This shows how I'm treated from when I arrived at the academy to now, even if you don't see it from Tony's POV. Enjoy.)

I stand in front of the gates of this new place called the academy. I try to stay as far away from people as possible, to no avail. I get ushered into the courtyard and the gates slam shut behind me. I have learned not to trust people since I've been living in the woods for five years ever since I was fourteen. "Listen up! I'm going to split you up into groups of ten. Every group will have a guide and will go through the Academy." Someone yells. I get shoved into a dragon.

"Hey! Watch where you're going meat." It says. I don't answer. "Hey! I'm taking to you." I continue to ignore him. He decides that I'm not worth it and heads back to a chimera and a gryphon.

"Hello guys, my name is Avery." Our guide says. "Let's get to know each other by telling our names and our beast forms." Everyone goes through their names and their beast forms. It gets down to me last.

"Tristan. Beast is a Lucario." I change into a yellow and green Lucario as tall as a human. "I really would like to get this over with."

"You can talk in your form?"

"Always." I change into my human form. We start our tour of the academy. I stick to the back of the group and take in and memorize where everything is.

"Okay, time to pick your rooms no more than three to a room. Pick your roommates carefully because they'll be sticking with you until you leave. You can be in your forms as long as you're no taller than a human." Avery says. I immediately walk up to him.

"I wanna room to myself."

"I'm sorry but you have to room with one other person." Two people over hear and walk over to Avery.

"We'll take him." A girl says. She stands about 5' 9", my height, and has crystal blue eyes, black hair with crimson streaks, and an hourglass shape body. The other is a male. He has black hair and green eyes and stands at the same height.

"Okay, Tristan. You're rooming with Aurora and her brother in room 18."

"Fine." I reply. I follow the two back to the dorm and enter. There's a bunk bed and a king sized bed. The king was taken along with the bottom bunk. I set my duffle bag full of clothing and other essentials down and jump to the top bunk.

"So, a new life here…." The guy starts. I grunt and lie down. Aurora stands on the bottom bunk and stares at me.

"Don't talk much?" she questions. I don't reply. "Come on, you have to talk."

"You're in my bubble." I mumble. I close my eyes and try to drown out everything around me.

"Wait, aren't you the other Lucario that was in my group?" I don't reply. "Yeah! You are!" I don't answer but sit there. "I'm a Lucario too!" I look up at her and go back to concentrating. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Something's up. I can feel it. Is it about the school?" I shake my head. "Oh. Past?" I close my eyes. "What happened?"

"You wanna know?"

"Yeah."

"If I tell you, you're just going to spread it like a virus. I don't want people to know what happened."

"I promise." I look at her brother.

"Fine. I promise." He says.

"It all started…." I go into full detail of what happened. It took the rest of the day as we sat in our room. "… Now you see why I try to stay away from people."

"I-. I-. I'm sorry." Aurora says. I shut up and shut things out.

'I suggest you make some friends. I really don't want to be lonely.' Something in my mind says.

'Hello Seeker. You know why I don't make friends.' I think back.

'Yes, but their good assets. Besides, I can see you and this Aurora person together. You two would make a good couple.'

'huh? Is that what you think? You know, I'm kinda agreeing with you. I think these two will make good allies. I hate to say it but Aurora is beautiful.'

'WHAT?! You're actually showing emotion?'

'Oh ha ha. Very funny Seek. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get some sleep.' I lay my head down and soon drift off to REM.
